Notifications bug

My versa stops showing notifications every few hours. It is a new device, i set it up today only. It again and again displays the message that i need to restart my phone to receive notifications, and even on restarting multiple times it keeps showing the same message. It only goes away when i reinstall the app, and then appears again after a few hours. The music controls are also not working properly. What is the point of this costly smart watch if it cannot fulfill the basic functionalities only? I see posts which say the bug has been solved, but it hasn't been. I have a one plus 7 phone, which is running on android pie. Please provide me a permanent solution to the problem, else i would be forced to return the watch.

Hi @Meen - I don’t see your phone on the list of supported devices but please check here to be sure. This incompatibility could be the cause of your issues.

The list is maybe not updated, because it lists oneplus one, and my phone is just an upgrade of the same. And it has a higher version of android, so it should be supported.

And i am getting call notifications, but not any other
