Hi everyone,
Got my versa about 2 weeks ago and mostly for notifications (I can't use my phone at work but I need to get updates from my child's nanny). Previously had Apple Watch and there were no problems at all:((
The issue is that notifications DO come but sometimes. If I remove my watch and wear it again I will need to go to Fitbit app and sync the watch manually for notifications to work (even after this it's not giarguaranteed that I will receive them). Today I missed a very important call because of this... Very annoying! Has anyone else got the same issue? It feels just like a lucky draw, I am never sure... what can be done that the notonotificns are persistent? please help!
And yes, I've checked everything 100 times, everything is switched on and connected.

@SunsetRunner and @Littleoleme0102, I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried in hopes to resolve this issue. Notifications skip or stop occasionally for several reasons that don't suggest a problem with your device or the Fitbit app, which is why I would like to ask you to check the following:

Hi, @SunsetRunner, I am not sure what the reason is, but it does seem to help if you have removed the watch for a time to make sure you re-set up notifications in your app, or, if you are using Android, go to your app and under notifications click on the 3 dots top right and select "send a test notification" to make sure it is working.

i'm having the same problem. I got my fitbit versa a week ago and everything was working fine. Now it doesn't notify me when my phone rings, I receive text messages, or email. I have checked everything and reinstalled the software. If it doesn't start working I will return it. I have an old Pebble that does the same thing. I don't need to spend this much money on something that doesn't work.

Thank you! Do you mean remove the watch from Bluetooth? Unpair it for some time? Three dots work but again just SOMETIMES!

Hi, @SunsetRunner, if you disable notifications and then set them up again that should help.
You can also unpair your Versa in your phone's Bluetooth settings and then return to the Fitbit app. If notifications are turned on that will force a re-pairing. (You can go back to your phone's BT settings to confirm that it has re-paired)
