Notifications not appearing on Fitbit Versa

All my notifications have suddenly stopped working. They were working on and off on Wednesday, but now not at all. I’ve read the advise on notifications. I’ve turned everything off and on again, re-synced the versa and phone. Checked all the notification settings on my phone. Switched my phone off and on and still not working. My partner is experiencing the same problem. Is there an issues with the Fitbit servers or something like that?

I will assist you with your Versa notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

thanm you for your reply. I use an iPhone. Strangely enough after I had sent the message on the forum, 5 minutes later the notifications started working, the same with my partners! Thank you for your advice. Have a great day 😊

I am having the same problem. Last week all my notifications appeared on my Versa and syncing app & Versa with no problems. Now both are a problem. I have read several of the feeds & help articles. Once I have done the suggestions they work for that day. I have to do them all over again the next day. Not only is it time consuming, it is frustrating. I am trying to remember if the problems occurred after last update of app like others have stated. A solution where I didn't have to do multiple steps everyday for syncing & notifications to occur would be wonderful. Looking forward to hearing if there is a long term solution. Thank you.

After trying everything suggested and nothing working, I saw you should hold the back button and swipe to quick settings.  Sure enough, Notifications were turned off there!!!  I’m so excited to finally figure this out!!  Thank you so much!!

For a few weeks my notifications would show on my Versa. The last several days it starts out working & by mid day no longer works. It's annoying to have to go through all the steps everyday again for notifications to work. Does Fitbit have any permanent solutions? Syncing also continues to be a problem. Have also tried all suggestions & restart bluetooth message appears every time I try to synch. Any help is appreciated!

I am hoping you can help me as well. may times My Versa quits showing notifications. I have not been able to get it to work. Still not showing notifications though I have tried the steps mentioned. I am using an Android.
