Notifications not clearing on Versa.

Have had the Versa for about 8 weeks now.  Having trouble with it not erasing "all" messages.  There are a few messages that are displayed that will not erase under erase all or erase individually. 

 

Does anyone have an answer for this?

Hi yep. Restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo shows and release the buttons. This should solve your problem. If these suggestions solved your problem, see my signature.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums @mnash and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, as @SunsetRunner  mentioned, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This will clear the Notifications.
