My versa will no longer sync with my iPhone unless I go outside. When I try to sync it just says looking. There are three other phones and three iPads in the house. I think it may be their Bluetooth interference even if I’m more than twenty feet away from them. Any ideas. It would be difficult to turn off Bluetooth on every device in the house just to sync.

Hi, this is just the solution for your problem. If there are too many BT enabled devices in the vicinity of your phone, you will have/get the problem you describe. So, either you decide to go outside all the time or ask the all others just to disable their BT for the moment you want to sync your device. It's your choice, but too many "enabled" BT devices in one house cause these problems. Good luck!!

Hello @S-m-m have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help.
@S-m-m I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for providing many details about your situation. As @SunsetRunner mentioned, having your Fitbit device and phone surrounded by other Bluetooth device might be preventing your Versa from syncing, which is why the Versa can only sync outside your house.
If you've found @SunsetRunner post helpful, please feel free to mark it as a solution, this will be very helpful for other members of the Community facing the same situation.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day.
