Just got my Fitbit and it’s not clearing any of the notifications so I have to restart the watch every day . Is anyone else having this problem ? And what should I do ? Any fixes ?

@MsHollyz Known bug. Please reboot your phone and the tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears (for Versa Lite - press the back button for 10 seconds).

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the steps that shared @Marrrmaduke.

Hey JuanJoFitbit,
This did help but it was just weird I was having to do it everyday for like 3 weeks straight .. wasn’t sure what to do .. but now it seems to clear right away ! Thanks guys for the help !
