My versa will received notifications like texts and alerts for maybe a day and then stop. I have to reset the watch by pressing the ‘back’ and ‘alarm’ button and then I will start receiving notifications again.  This happens almost daily.  Wondering if this is a known issue or if I need to return this watch.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?
