Versa not syncing

my Fitbit Versa stopped working. it would not sync up with phone or other devices, it came on one day and is telling me the wrong date and time. I have pulled out all of the paperwork and I read in the limited warranty that I am still eligible for the warranty I was directed to this site please can some one help me to get the paper work and the stuff that I need so I can send my broken one in and get a new one I need it for work please and thank you.

My Versa just stopped working this morning too! I don't know who to contact someone about the warranty? I bought less than 6 mths ago!

In the booklet that comes with it says to go on that website and get into customer service but for the life of me I can’t find it

I called the customer service line 18776234997. They recommended I put
rubbing alcohol with a cotton ball and clean the gold dots on the charger
and the watch. Change the usb connector and different outlet. And, it
worked! I hope this works for you too.
