I am using Fitbit versa version 32.68.9.15 on One plus 5 Android version 9 and the notifications aren't showing. I have tried everything, restating my watch, phone, restoring the watch, clearing cache and storage but nothing is working. It's a new watch and I am unable to use it. Please fix it as soon as possible
Same thing is happening with me too..My phone is OnePlus 5T with Versa firmware version 32.68.9.15. Tried everything given in troubleshooting but still not receiving notifications. In the notification option it's just showing 'Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker.'
