Notifications not vibrating anymore

Notifications of all kinds have stopped vibrating, so I miss them.  Vibration will happen if I'm navigating through the device, so it's not the capability as noted on another forum.  Have tried turning device off and back on, force stopping the app, turning off/on the blue tooth connection, and re-installing the device with my phone.  Also, the device used to light up when I moved my wrist to look at it, but no longer does that either and I haven't been able to find a setting on it.

So after some more messing with it, I had to change the quick view, noticed it was in sleep mode, and also do not disturb in the settings.  Im not certain how I got it so messed up, but hopefully this will help someone else!
