Hi!
My Versa Lite has suddenly stopped showing any notifications. My android phone is on the list of compatible phones.
I have re installed the applications several times, I have tried every trouble shoot options available. The message that keeps popping up is that a phone re start is required. Initially, the notifications would re start with a phone re start. However, this is not helping anymore.
This is a frustrating purchase.
What can be done to resolve this?

I had the same problem, but only with the whatsapp notifications. All others are working on mine. This is a known problem which accured with the new update in september. But only for whatsapp. Are you sure that all notifications are not working? If so, it might be a different problem. But if it is only whatsapp, then you just have to wait for the new update, as they are working on it now..

What I just did, was;
1. Deleting my fitbit app from my phone.
2. Reboot my phone.
3. Re-installed the app.
And now it is working again.
