Notifications not working

Hi!

My Versa Lite has suddenly stopped showing any notifications. My android phone is on the list of compatible phones. 

I have re installed the applications several times, I have tried every trouble shoot options available. The message that keeps popping up is that a phone re start is required. Initially, the notifications would re  start with a phone re start. However, this is not helping anymore. 

This is a frustrating purchase. 

What can be done to resolve this?

I had the same problem, but only with the whatsapp notifications. All others are working on mine. This is a known problem which accured with the new update in september. But only for whatsapp. Are you sure that all notifications are not working? If so, it might be a different problem. But if it is only whatsapp, then you just have to wait for the new update, as they are working on it now..

What I just did, was;

1. Deleting my fitbit app from my phone.

2. Reboot my phone.

3. Re-installed the app.

 

And now it is working again.

The Fitbit Versa Lite has been my most disappointing purchase yet. 

I have tried everything from resetting to factory default, to reinstalling the apps multiple times. I restart my phone and the fitbit, re sync it almost daily, hoping for a miracle!

It does not sync even though sync all day is on. No messages or phone calls come through!
 
It is so frustrating, and the response from Fitbit has been even more frustrating than the product itself! None of the solutions work.
