Notifications on Versa stopped working

I’m still not receiving notifications on my versa after initial update on iPhone. I’ve literally done everything suggested. Is this still an issue for others? Is there any solution yet?

Hi @Bsawyer32 , Fitbit is working very hard to solve the notifications problems caused by Apple itself after the update to iOS 13. In this update they changed the rules regarding handling notifications of which Fitbit was not aware. All in all, you just have to be patient untill Fitbit found the solution for this problem, however I really do understand how inconvenient this is. regards kuzibri
