Notifications still show when device lock enabled on Versa 2??

When my Versa 2 has the lock enabled (say when I've taken it off) notifications still show on the screen.

 

Surely this is a poor features security wise? 

 

At the very least it should be possible to set whether or not to show notifications when device is locked?

It’s an issue of the device lock function. 

When locked, notifications shouldn’t be displayed.


Or at least there should be an option to have them or not on a locked Versa 2. 

Also when it’s locked the main watch face still shows and the lock screen only comes when you swipe. This seems counterintuitive for a locked device given that the main watch face screen can give a lot of info. Locked should surely be just that. Or at least have the options to show or not

Is there any update on this???  This is a huge security breach!! Notifications should NEVER come through on the watch when it’s locked or not on the wrist.
