Versa not updating

I have the original versa and I can’t get it to update mine is version 32.10.15. I’ve tried everything from adding it as a new device, installing and unstalling. every time I try to change a free clock face or change the colors on the one I have installed it won’t let me it says make sure that everything is updated with latest version...I’ve chatted with help and they said I have to wait... every three weeks when batches come out to update!  anybody else have this issue? anyway I can get my versa the update?

Versa is junk.mine worked fine until Fitbit upgrade. A few calls to Fitbit support and nothing worked.  They suggested a reset.....JUNK!
