App keeps showing 'notification service Not running...restart phone...' this happens several times a day. I'm not out of range, everything is set to enable notifications and it works some of the time so not the set up. I see a lot of people have issues with this so if it's not easily resolved I will be sending back. I have a Huawei mate 20 lite. Thanks.

@SarahLuke welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped receiving notifications from your Huawei Mate 20 Lite. Thank you for checking out that all the notifications were enabled before contacting our forums.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you. However, I'd like you try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa and see if it gets the notifications again.
