I just upgraded my phone from a Note 10+ to an S24 Ultra. The Fitbit app transferred successfully as part of the normal upgrade process. However, with all of my previous phones I would be able to click "Open" on my Versa 2 3rd party app notifications and the 3rd party app would open on my phone to address the notification. For example, I just received a notification on my Versa 2 from YouTube of a new video that I would like to watch. I tapped the "Open" button on the notification and all that happened is that the notification disappeared. Unlike what would happen on all previous phones, YouTube did not open the video on my phone. The is the case for Discord, Facebook, and all other 3rd party apps. Can you assist me in fixing this?
Thanks.

Hi @Ixtlan - this can be related to the watch not fully transferring to the new phone.
try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches running.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
It is important that the watch pairs and links.
If this fails remove the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone and try again, and if necessary go to the Fitbit App device page and Add more devices, select your watch and replace.
