Hi, I just got a versa and can't get any notifications from messages or calls or anything... The app also keeps telling me that it can't connect to the watch... I have a Huawei p20pro.

I have been in all the settings to allow notifications etc... But nothing works...

 

Help?!

Hi  @Sixaille. Unfortunately I cant see that phone on the Supported Devices List which may well the the problems. Notifications are something that often struggle or fail when a phone is not quite compatable.

All you can do is try all the tips and suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.
