Notifications

Does anyone else have problems getting notifications on their versa? I’ve reset both my phone and versa, notifications are on both the phone and versa, and everything is updated.

I’m having the same problem. Got an iPhoneX and I don’t get some notifications on my Versa anymore. Still get calls and FaceTime  but not texts or emails. Any suggestions?

I’ve got the iPhone 8, I don’t get notifications on anything, calls texts, emails. I’m getting ready to turn my watch in for warranty. I’ve had it almost 8 months now. Good thing I’ve got the extended warranty.

Hi can only tell you how to do it on iPhone go to settings select each app you whant notification select notification are banner locked tempery select all tree then when you recive messages on phone click Fitbit then motivation then app notification toddle on off apps you whant notification from

I just got mine working. I found an article. Hold the bottom on the left side of the face and swipe the face to the left. Another area for notifications should come up. Mine was off, just simply turn it back on.

Hi checked it all notifications under setting on watch are all set to on hi think it as somthink to do with the phone

theres no banner setting in messageing 

and no way to change or add another divice for forwarding see pic

Hold the left button on the left side of the Fitbit, while holding the button swipe left across the screen. There are 2 areas for notifications in the versa itself.
