Fitbit you need to prepare an update to fix the notification issue

My versa lite will not notify me of any text messages. Calls are working fine. I have double and triple checked all settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Have rebooted my watch and rebooted my phone and nothing. My phone is a Galaxy S10. Are there known issues and if so when is this going to be rectified? Come on Fitbit!!

I'm having the same issue with my Samsung S10e! I'm very unhappy with fitbit ability to correct this.

I'm having the same issue as well. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, unsynced/resynced, checked to make sure everything was turned on for notifications, and nothing is working. I have a Galaxy S10 as well. Calls work, sometimes facebook messenger works, but NEVER text messages.

I just spoke with a rep and they said it is a known issue and they are working on a fix.

It is because someone clicked best answer.  From what i have been told Fitbit is aware of the problem and is working on it.

What did you do to receive messages? Mine started rescieving messages yesterday for about 10 minutes and quit again. This is so aggravating.

Mine did the same thing. I was so exicited that it started working but then it stopped! Fitbit, when are you going to fix this?

Well it was nice for a few hrs but text not recieving on my Fitbit again..FITBIT PLEASE FIX THIS. S10 ISSUES SINCE UPDATE!

Just started working...worked around 12 hrs now same problem again...frustrated
