Hi,
Something to check, that you aren't in sleep mode or do not disturb mode; Go to Settings and make sure.
Was it working before, what phone do you have, how long have you had the watch?

Hi, thanks, as its new check its setup ok
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Notifications And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined.
Also visit App notifications and select any apps you want to hear from.
