Anyone else having issues with not getting notifications on versa 2. I’ve checked settings deleted app then reinstalled it. Turned Bluetooth off and on. Signed out then back in. I’m having to turn phone off and on to get it work
for 5 min then back in same boat. Had enough now
I am in the SAME exact boat as you! I'm NOT happy about this at all!!!!!! I have had my fitbit a little over 2 years. NEVER had any issues with it until a couple months ago. When it first started, I could go in the app and fiddle around some and somehow get it to work again. Temporarily, or until I open the fitbit app back up on my phone. Then it would stop sending through notifications again. Well now, for about 2 weeks or a little more, I'm not getting ANY notifications and I cannot even get it to work by fiddling with it. I have done ALL the troubleshooting steps that it says to do. Still, nothing. I am VERY unhappy about this!!!!! They can't say that it doesn't work with my phone because I have also had this phone a little over 2 years as well. So I know it isn't that. They tried to tell me a few weeks ago that my phone wasn't compatible with my fitbit. Haha! Really?! Then why did it work before but not now? I'm really disappointed in fitbit! Not sure if I ever want to purchase another one of their products ever again. Pay this much for just a "watch".....literally, to just look at the time. I got this thing mainly for my notifications. I really wish we could get help with this!!!! If you figure out a solution, please let me know. Hope you have a great day!

Some issues to check.
It's all to easy for the watch to get into sleep or do not disturb mode, go to Quick settings and check.
If you uninstalled the app after reinstalling it's necessary to setup notifications and app notifications again.
Often the problem comes from changes to the phone or Fitbit App or just accumulated issues.
If you didn't restart both the watch and the phone it may be a battle.
Also battery saving on the phone may be shutting down the Fitbit App or Bluetooth, worth checking.

@Julie361 - seems like you have an issue with your phone.
To check, install SimpleCheckUp app and when you are not getting notifications use it to see if your watch can connect.
If it can't then there is most likely an issue in your phone.
Try restarting the phone and then stop/start SimpleCheckUp to check again.

Don’t hold out for reply. It’s shocking customer service. They will only put it down to software issue
