I have had my Versa for over a year and have never had any problems with it. Recently I changed phones from an iPhone to an Android. The Versa syncs with new phone and is set up to receive notifications but it just doesn't work. Have tried resetting it many times but still won't work. Any advice?? Thanks

I have had same issue since last update on my galaxy s10. No idea how to fix it.

Hi @ShelsterHoss  Yes, there are some problems with some Samsungs updated to to Android 10. Have a read of THIS Thread. Updates will be posted there too.
