Number does not match between app and watch

I buy the watch last night..number does not match between app and watch. I reset the phone and now idk how to sync the app with the watch...reviews are not good with this issue

Hi @LettyF . Just to be sure, allow me to list the steps that you should have taken with your new Versa. 

 

  1. Download the Fitbit app to your phone. (Which one do you have?)
  2. From the phone, go thru the steps to add a device.
  3. This will connect your Versa to your phone and allow it to sync.
  4. You can find full details by tapping here.

If you’ve not gone thru these steps, please do.

 

If you have already gone thru this process, please let us know exactly where the problem is.

Thank you so much... I already fix the problem....what happens to me now is
that my watch says 5,000 steps but in the application I have 2,300. I do
not understan why it is not the same number ?... or I do not know if I put
8,000 steps of goal and that are the steps that I need to finish my goal
....

Thanks for the quick response, @LettyF . Are the numbers the same after you sync your Versa to your phone? If yes, you may want to set up All Day Sync. Open your Fitbit app, then tap Account —> Versa then scroll down to All-Day sync and turn it on.
