I just got a new smartwatch send since last week after I had to send my smartwatch back twice because it didn't work with update. Now it worked to sync and to update but yesterday I noticed that for timer there isn't a number before ,0 so I can't use my timer. And today I wanted to add an alarm and I can't see the numbers. Yesterday it worked because I set 2 alarms.

Make sure its not in sleep mode or brightness set to Dim in settings.
