My Versa is now being replaced for the 5th time in 19 months! I have had this watch completely die twice out of nowhere, the display died twice, and once it overheated and then died. My last replacement only lasted me 2 weeks!! I am not doing anything other than wearing the watch and charging as needed. While I appreciate that Fitbit replaces the watch, why keep replacing it with a product that obviously is defective? I love the Versa functionality, but this is not worth a $200+ price tag. My husband and daughter also have a fitbit, but after going through all of this these will be the last fitbits we buy. I have other family members and friends that also have had issues with their watches especially the Versa smartwatch. It would be better if Fitbit just acknowledges the product issue and replaces it with a better model.

LUCKY! In the US, Fitbit stops providing replacements after just 12 months or at least for me they did. Maybe the 12 months start over after each replacement.

Yes, I did get one replacement after one year but I think that was only because it got hot enough it may have caught on fire. The replacement I got died within 2 weeks after receiving!
