My screen just shows off-hours message. I can’t do anything as screen is frozen, can’t reset watch or access settings. Can anyone help please

I recommend you restart your Fitbit Versa 2 according to the instructions in the following article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. In case your device is still syncing with your smarthone, you can also try to change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.
