Had my fitbit  about a week It did fine But this morning It has Off+HOURs your display turns off etc  Other questions setting up Alexa   says go to setting and profile to do and customize Go to app and cant find settings  Have gone on everything on the app Please and thank you

I'm not sure I understand.  Does the display on the Versa 2 show "Off+HOURs"?

If so, have you changed the clock face?  It might help to change it back to one "by Fitbit".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
