One last time....
After contacting the Fitbit Help Support 4 times (thumbs up for your crew there, very friendly, but...), I'm getting desperatly dissapointed with my new Fitbit Versa 2. One last time before I return it after using fitbit devices for over 3-4 years in my revalidation center, advising several patients to get one...
So, in short, the Fitbit watch reboots itself several times, several days per week. Meaning I can't use the wake up-service on it, as the watch loses track of time (up to 15-20min a night).
Second, I have been trying to put personal music on it, as advertised everywhere. Nothing worked so far, did all the steps several times guided by the Fitbit chat, nothing worked. Got it to my brother-in-law, civil engineer in technology owning a Mac, didn't work either.
So, one co-worker said you can't even store music on it, but I guess he was just confused a bit. Others helped me half an hour trying to get something on it, but nothing worked. I got an e-mail from "higher support" (as the last co-worker named it), stating I need either windows 8 or 8.1, or a Mac to store music on it.
I hope this is not the case. Which company brings out a new smartwatch (2019 if I'm correct?), using software years before date, or denying a giant group of people that aren't using an Apple Computer.
So, if anybody on this community can help me with this issue, please be my guest. Otherwise I'll be returning this and probably stepping over to another watch cause the storage of music and the silent wake-up were my biggest reasons of investing into the Versa 2 (coming from the charge 3).
Thank you for any help/experiences or advice!
Kind regards

@JorenB2020 Never messed with music but, if I had a new Fitbit that rebooted itself that often, I'd just return it and get a different one, or exchange it. Had a Fitbit for nearly 5 years now and I've had an occasional reboot, but not nearly like you're saying. Try a different one?

UPDATE
So... I returned it and decided to get another one, which I received 3 days ago. So far, this one is syncing MUCH better, no reboots etc.
So far, the music-transfer has failed yet again but I've came to read that 5GHz-networks are not supported by the watch. This weekend I'll be digging into getting another way (I've heard that you can swap frequency but I'll have to dig into it later) and I'll still have to try the Mac my brother possesses, so I'll keep this updated in case anyone has the same difficulties I've been experiencing.
