Hi, @Laszlo52! This setting is more for a different type of workout, more along the lines of HIIT or Tabata or something like that. If you're just walking, I would suggest either using the autodetect walking feature or starting the workout manually from your tracker as walking, rather than using the interval setting. This is an entirely different setting under the exercise app on your tracker.

Hi, @Laszlo52! That's for setting up your interval workout. So, the intervals would be 30 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds of rest, and you would have 14 sets (repeats) of this exercise, based on your current settings.

Thanks for answer. Do not quite understand. Does my workout (just fast walking) matter anything? Many times, I do it at alternating intervals, more than 14 times.
