So I just bought a fitbit Versa 2 yesterday and have been having issues with it connecting to my phone. I found out that it isn't compatible with my phone and I was wondering if there was any possible way for it to become compatible or if I can use it without it being compatible?
I've found that sometimes I can sync it to the app without connecting it via Bluetooth but then other times I can't. I've received texts through it but it seems to be rather temperamental. Is there any possible way to fix this?

@Amelia_jane, welcome to our Fitbit Community. As you mentioned, I'm afraid that the OnePlus 7 phone is not in the Compatible devices list.
There are times that some features will work on non-compatible devices. However, we don't guarantee that they will work all the times.
Regarding your inquiry, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.
