I ve purchased a new versa and am unable to receive any notifications like msgs or any other apps that i ve set except for call notifications....i ve tried all the methods suggested on the help menu but still the erroo msg is flashing and continously asking to restart my phone...the error msg is attached.please guide.Screenshot_20190707-112816.jpg

Let me help you with your notifications on your Versa and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
