Not not received tracker. Recd email on Nov 30th that fitbit had been shipped along with tracking number.Searched tracking number and no information of delivery or that it has been shipped and it is now the 10th. this is 11 days later and still no info.

Hi @ceci820 you'll need to get with customer support with your order number, but they may not be able to help you. I've got a few packages from different vendors stuck in the USPS limbo. The post office is so busy that their tracking information is often several days behind.
