Hi
I ordered my Fitbit versa special edition 3 weeks ago and it said it would come in 4 working days. However, I’m still waiting for it now. I’ve emailed and have to wait 2-3 days for an email back each time which is ridiculous! I’ve also phoned and they said they had no idea when I’d receive the Fitbit as they’ve been having shipping issues. The money has been taken from my account but the order is still being processed. I’ve been promised 10% off my order and expedited delivery as well. I just want to know when I’ll get my Fitbit as it’s a replacement and I’m currently using a broken one!
I just want answers. I’m not happy with the customer service I've received.

Strangely enough I’m having a delivery/ shipping issue as well, I’ve ordered an ionic which had the same 4/5 day delivery schedule, I have contacted Fitbit via the live chat and have been told 3 times over 5 days that my order is in the warehouse awaiting shipping and the delay is due to partners, apparently. I am considering cancelling my order and trying out a completely different tracker, which is a shame because for the past 3 years I have had good results from Fitbit whenever I have ordered for the family as well as with any maintenance issues.

Isn’t that funny, I finally receive an email saying it’s been shipped via DHL from the Netherlands.
hopefully arriving this week, maybe.
