Other apps are downloading fine, but Fitbit coach is not

Whenever I try downloadingFitbit coach, it won’t work, but when I download other apps, it works. I tried deleting other apps to give more space but it still wouldn’t work. any ideas why? Thanks!

@IzzyL88 It's a quite large app. You need to download it over WIFI. Set up WIFI in your Fitbit mobile app and sync your Versa. Now, place your Versa in the charging dock and try installing Coach.

Hey @Marrrmaduke! Thanks for posting those steps! I tried those with no luck:/ have tried a LOT of troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work. Curious if I am doing something wrong, or any other thoughts you have?

I have been trying for 4 days and 3 different WiFi sources.it just keeps buffering and periodically pops a message up that an app wasn’t loaded, and do I want to try again. I push the later button, and the process starts all over again. I contacted customer support and was reduced to an online chat. I explained the problem, and was told that the person I was talking with couldn’t help me. He assured me he was forwarding on my issue and someone would send me an email within 24 hrs ago...that was 2 days ago. It is still buffering as I type this. At this point I want the app to go away, but can’t even do that. Any help would be appreciated since Fitbit can’t/won’t help.

I have done the WiFi set-up and syncing the Fitbit. I placed my Fitbit on the charger, and the app continues to just buffer and not load. Not sure what else I can do.

I've been having the same issue - now it won't download the Tommy Dog Pet clock face.  I wish there was a way to cancel the download and stop installing too.  Come on Fitbit, think of your customers when you are writing your code!
