Over estimation

My versa 2 watch greatly over estimates the calories and steps... 

 It increases the count ofuof steps by shaking ur hand.. 

N movt. Of hand..

Such a premium brand so cheap feature

That's how they work.  Steps are counted by the accelerometer in the watch so shaking or moving your hand can register as steps.

As for the calories, have you setup your biometric data correctly? As in height, weight, age, gender?

Fit bit promotes wearing of watch everytime..when u do it... obviously
while sitting ur hand moves.. and while writing and eating too.. that is
also registered as steps..
How a user is supposed to know it's accuracy.. if he wears it all the
time..
Obviously it will over estimate the steps and calorie spent
.. n mislead the health concern individual


It will also affect the sessions and daily goals of the health concern user

Even after visiting the site... N reading full manual.. it does not tell how to reduce the inaccuracy caused by Fitbit

Is it on your non-dominant hand and have you set that properly in the app?
