Versa Lite not syncing after Apple update

I had an apple update on 14th August which I did and as a result my Fitbit is no longer syncing with the Fitbit app. It just says device not found. It worked perfectly well before the update. I tried logging out of the Fitbit app and taking the device off and reloading it and that worked for a day and now it’s gone back to not syncing and not finding the device even if I log out of the app. Help please.... thanks

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

As I said in my blog the problem came as a result of an update. I’ve tried taking the device off and putting it back on. It isn’t syncing and I now can’t even get the device back on the Fitbit app. The watch is now useless to me.

Some advice would be helpful in how I can get this working again.
