Overheating, Not Turning On

I was swimming at the pool (5 ft) when my fitbit versa started glitching out. I thought nothing of it thinking it was just the water on the screen. I contacted the support team and they said that my warranty is out of date. But my fitbit versa claims that it can go underwater for about 156 ft. I tried turning it on and it overheated and now it doesn't want to turn on. What should I do?

You can try drying it out for a week [and not charging it but it may be too late]. Unfortunately it is unlikely to work well if it does recover.
