I replaced my Pixel 3XL with a new phone and the oxygen variation graph at the bottom of the sleep page disappeared. It's the same account, so nothing but the phone hardware has changed.
What phone are you using? In any event, the oxygen feature was a test so tech support probably removed yours as they have many others, Hopefully, we will all get it soon.
