PIN code locked on Fitbit Versa

Bought a used FitBit Versa from Ebay.

Charged it and started it up, when I touch the screen digits from 0-9 appears and I'm assuming that this is the lock screen asking me for a PIN code.

I don't have a PIN and the seller hasn't answered yet.

I have tried the three button reset thing until my fingers ache but to no prevail.

I installed the app on the phone and it found the device, but when the versa is suppose to show the 4-digit code all I see is the 0-9 digits and I have nothing to type into my phone.

What should I do?.

Hi @Cpt-Keso - You can try contacting Support, but that PIN is a safeguard. Fitbit wants to make sure a Versa cannot be stolen then simply set up on someone else’s account while still having access to the original users credit card in Fitbit Pay. I hope you hear from the seller.
