Hi @SCRfACE , only the tech support team, who are testing all devices regarding compatibility with Fitbit, know the answer to your question. Meanwhile you can give it a shot to setup your Versa with your OnePlus5. I also installed my Versa 2 with an unsupported device, e.g. Oppo Reno 2, and it works like a charm. If you need help, you know how to find me now, regards kuzibri

Hi @SCRfACE , here we go:
1. Put you Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC
2. Remove all other BT enabled devices out of BT range from your mobile device and Versa or disable BT. Make also sure that mobile device and your Versa a very close.
3. Make sure you have the latest version of the Fitbit app on your mobile device. This is essential.
4. If you have any other device installed on your Fitbit app account, unpair and delete it.
5. Logout of your Fitbit app and restart your mobile device without enabling BT. If it's enabled automatically after the restart, disable it.
6. Log back in to you Fitbit device and press "add device" and choose Versa.
7. Fitbit will go searching for your Versa and telling you that BT is not enabled and it asks you to allow Fitbit to enable BT. Press yes. After a while you should see on your Versa's display a four digit number and enter this code in your Fitbit app and follow the next steps. This is the way it worked for me, hope it will do that for you also.
BTW: One word of advice: when asked for the WiFi network, install it directly cause setup and installation over WiFi is much faster than over BT. Regards and good luck, kuzibri
