Hi i have a Versa 2. I typed the wrong pin code 10 times and got the message ”unlock with your phone”. I tried to change it but the fitbit wouldn't sync so i removed the fitbit from my account to reinstall it but now i can't see the four numbers to connect with the fitbit again because the message ”unlock with your phone” keeps coming up.
Anyone know what i should do?

first thing you want to not do is remove the tracker from your account.
This now makes it impossible to unlock the tracker.
Here is the normal way to unlock the tracker.

Lets search this board there are many that have had this issue. Here is a post with your answer.
BTW by setting the lock for Fitbit Pay you will have less problems.

Regarding the pin code that your Versa 2 needs to be unlocked, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the information that @Rich_Laue shared.
In addition, please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.
