I took a one mile walk and my activities log says that 32' 26" was my average pace. What does that mean? Degrees and minutes? I don't know how to interpret this.

That means 32 minutes 26 seconds per mile - unusual notation for it, I know.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
