I changed my mind about buying a paid clock face after clicking the pay button,, it downloaded a ‘pay here’ link on my versa 2 as a clock face , how do I remove it please ? There’s no remove button for it in ‘my clockfaces’ , only a blank select button.

Hmm I thought I had synced it ,,as the new clock face was visible and i was using it .
Finally the remove button showed up after I added yet another clock !

Hi @Territhina - this is because you can't remove the active watch face. Two solutions.
then in the Fitbit App, choose the clock face [which will no longer be the active one] but don't select it, go to the bottom and click Remove clock face.

I was able to switch clock faces. When I choose the clock I want to remove , there is no remove button at the bottom. Here’s a pic, am I in the right place ? Thanks

That is the bottom of the screen,, it won’t go any further. I also clicked on ‘see all details’ and went to the bottom of that screen , no remove button there either

@Territhina - your watch needs to be synced for the change of clock face to work and the remove message to show.
