My iPhone shows a notification but after opening the app I can’t find one anywhere.  Anyone else have this issue?

Can you please provide more detail, @SunsetRunner . Where on your iPhone are your seeing the notification?  Is it a notification for a text message? Also, you say you cannot find it in the app. Are you opening the Fitbit on your iPhone and looking for the notification there? We’d be happy to try to help when we have a better understanding of what the problem is. Thanks!

On the desktop the icon is showing a red 1, but when I open the app it doesn’t open the message so I have searched high and low in my account and not sure what I am missing. No matter what I do nothing seems to clear the “1”.  Any ideas?

@SunsetRunner - if I understand you correctly, when you open the Fitbit app on your phone, the Today page shows a “1” at the top, right in the icon that looks like an inbox. But you cannot find the actual notification. If this is so, tap that “1” then tap the Notifications tab. That will open the notification. Hope this helps.
