I've tried all the searches and now I just need a phone number where the heck do you find a phone number to talk to a real live breathing person.

Hi @mewendione , here is the link to Customer Support. Press "Fitbit Troubleshooting", scroll down the page and on the bottom of this page you'll see on the right side  "Let's talk" and press that. Now you must be able to start a chat with a live person. Regards kuzibri
