Phone Message Missing Steps This Hour?

Hello,

I just got my FitBit (Versa) this Christmas and was wondering is there a way of making your phone buzz (message ring) if your are not wearing the FitBit?

At work (and at home on the PC) I don't wear my FitBit at my desk as I have seen it can add steps, so I take it off. As I wear headphones I tend to miss the ?/250 steps buzz on the FitBit.

 

Is there a way to make my phone buzz/ring and give me this message? Can the FitBit face be made to light up, so I can see the missing steps message?
