Phone and Versa compatibility issues

I have recently updated my phone to the huawei p30 I am able to sync the devices but I am unable to recieve notifications on the watch.  I have checked all the settings and able to recieve the test notifications.  Has anyone had similar issues or can advise on how to solve this issue.

Hi @K1TTYK4T , your phone is not in the list of supported devices. The 30 Pro is supported, but yours not yet. This may explain the issues you have with the syncing between your phone and the Versa. Regards kuzibri

@K1TTYK4T, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the the syncing issue that your Versa is experiencing, @SunsetRunner is correct. I'm afraid that he Huawei P30 is not listed in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why the notifications feature is not working properly.
