Versa doesn't display the correct time

I recently returned from holiday and my Fitbit won’t change to UK time. I’ve turned the Fitbit off and synced a zillion times, even done a factory reset on it. Please can anyone help as I’m loosing the will.

Set it manually.  Go to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right (computer) or photo at upper left (phone) and Settings.  Scroll down rto Time Zone.  Set it properly and then scroll down and click on Submit and sync your tracker.

@MandyMoomin, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the time zone issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you tried before contacting our forums.

 

In addition to the information that shared @SunsetRunner, make sure that the phone you sync your Versa with has the correct time as well.
