Photo on clock face gone!

Hi everyone.

So I woke up this am and my clock face has gone? It was a photo from my phone gallery and now it's literally just a clock? I've been on the app and there isn't the option to download a photo now? Help?

It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community @Sarah_sinc. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa is no longer showing your photo on the clock face. I just checked a couple of clock faces (Photo Frame, Photo, Fitpip Bitboy, Analog Photo Frame, Photo Album Watch Face, Photo Framer, Photo Clock) and they seem to be working fine. I would recommend changing the clock face and then returning to the current one. 

 

If this doesn't help, please perform a restart to your watch by following these steps.
