Hi,
I’ve been doing pilates for a couple of months and I always end up dripping of sweat, but my watch only says I’ve burnt around a 100 calories?! Why is this?
I follow zero gravity pilates on instagram and they repost some of the stories posted by people have done the same sessions. Nearly EVERYONE have burnt over 250 calories during the same session as what I have done.
i understand it completely depends on your weight to how much calories you can burn, but 100 calories in a 45minute sessions doesn’t make any sense to me?
i just don’t think the fitbit versa 2 is accurate enough and it’s quite frustrating!
Any comments/help with my greatly appreciated!
